Booking and payment

At this stage the site accepts enquiries only; online payments are disabled. The payment steps below describe the planned flow after a future release.

Your initial request is completely free. It allows our team to confirm the itinerary, fare and applicable conditions without charging you or committing you to the purchase. Because airline inventory changes in real time, a seat is only secured after the ticket has been issued.

If the selected journey remains available, you will receive a clear, time-limited offer showing the itinerary, cabin, passenger details, essential fare rules and the final total in USD. The amount includes the mandatory taxes and charges known at that moment, with no separate Opulence Trips booking or service fee at launch.

Only after reviewing and accepting the offer will you be asked to authorize the full amount on your card. This authorization may temporarily reduce your available card limit, but it is not a final charge and does not by itself guarantee ticket issuance.

We then complete the final confirmation and issue the ticket. Once issuance succeeds, the payment is completed and you receive the booking reference, ticket number and confirmed travel details.

If the itinerary is no longer available before issuance, you will not be charged and any temporary authorization will be canceled or released. If suitable alternatives exist, we may present them to you, but nothing changes without your express acceptance.

Payment is handled in a secure checkout. Opulence Trips does not receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Eligible cards are accepted, and Apple Pay or Google Pay may appear when supported. PIX, boleto, bank transfer, ACH and SEPA are not currently available for this international service.

Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or international-transaction charges. These independent amounts are not part of the total shown by Opulence Trips.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

You may withdraw a request at any time before ticket issuance without an Opulence Trips fee. If your card has already been authorized, we will request its release; the amount may take a few days to disappear from your statement or available limit depending on your card issuer.

After ticket issuance, the options for cancellation, changes, travel credit or refund follow the conditions of the fare you accepted. We show the essential rules before payment so you can make an informed decision. Some fares may be non-refundable, impose deadlines or require airline penalties and fare differences.

At launch, Opulence Trips does not add its own handling fee for a cancellation or change. Any applicable airline or supplier penalty, fare difference or mandatory tax adjustment will be explained to you before we proceed.

To request help, email contact@opulencetrips.com with your booking number. If an option involves an additional cost, we will present it clearly and wait for your approval before making the change.

If the airline changes or cancels your flight, we will help you understand the alternatives made available and the mandatory passenger rights that apply to your journey. A monetary refund required by law will not be replaced by a voucher without your informed choice.

Flight tickets do not ordinarily benefit from the general 14-day EU or UK cooling-off period, and there is no universal US 24-hour cancellation promise for every itinerary sold through an intermediary. These limitations never remove any mandatory right to cancellation, rebooking, assistance, compensation or refund that applies to your journey.

For questions or complaints, contact us first at contact@opulencetrips.com. We aim to provide an initial response within two business days and will tell you which consumer, aviation or dispute-resolution channel may be available if the matter remains unresolved. For air travel involving the United States, you may also contact the US Department of Transportation.
